Job description

Our client, a well-established, reputable Triad area law firm, seeks an experienced Paralegal to support its Real Estate practice group. The position will focus primarily on conducting Commercial title research and examining property records statewide. Most research is performed electronically, though occasional travel could be required. Training may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct commercial title examinations and property record research throughout NC.
  • Review and analyze deeds, liens, easements, restrictions, and other real estate-related documentation.
  • Assist attorneys with title-related matters and real estate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm setting.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, title work, or property records is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
