PCR Staffing is assisting a prominent law firm in Charlotte, NC to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. This full-time position supports attorneys with real estate closings, title and survey reviews, lease amendments, NDAs, and closing document preparation.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree (or equivalent), at least three years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, and strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills; paralegal certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience with titles and surveys highly preferred.
• 5 years remote working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review title and survey findings and coordinate related documents.
• Revise and review lease amendments and non-disturbance agreements.
• Organize and maintain files for efficient access.
• Prepare closing documents under attorney supervision.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Prominent law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills. Experience with Titles and Surveys highly preferred.

This is a direct hire position with a salary between $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience with excellent benefits in Uptown Charlotte NC.
