Job summary

RH Digisoft Technical Services in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Roseland, New Jersey office.

The successful candidate will manage transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing while working closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Experience with title and survey review, entity formation, due diligence, and closing coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Notary Public designation, or willingness to obtain one, preferred.
• Experience obtaining EINs and filing related IRS forms is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Support staff may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase.
