In order to be successful in this position you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a very fast-paced high-volume environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail in work product and proficiency using MS Office. This is a full-time permanent position, office hours are 9am to 5:30pm. Salary range $40,000 to $65,000 per year commensurate with experience.
A minimum of three to five years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal is preferred.
Qualification as a Notary Public
Authorized to work in US
Must be able to commute to our Kendall Park, NJ office.
