Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a well‑established national law firm in Denver. You will support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice, working with ~5 attorneys on a variety of transactional matters.

The role offers a hybrid schedule: 1 day in the office, 4 days remote after a 90‑day introduction period. The position requires 5+ years of paralegal experience in real estate, hands-on title and survey review, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience including title and survey review.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines while delivering accurate work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and summarize purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements, estoppel certificates, owner affidavits, and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate due diligence including title, survey, and zoning review.
• Prepare title and survey objection letters and liaise with title companies/surveyors to resolve issues.
• Manage transaction timelines, key dates, and deadlines.
• Order and review UCC, lien, litigation, and related search reports.
• Prepare entity formation documents and resolutions.
• Coordinate commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings.
• Prepare and manage closing checklists and final documents.
• Maintain organized electronic files and time entries.
• Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and others throughout transactions.

Beacon Hill Legal is hiring an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for an excellent opportunity with a well-established national law firm in Denver. This position will support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice and work closely with approximately five attorneys on a variety of transactional matters. This is an especially great opportunity for an experienced real estate paralegal looking for significant flexibility. Following a successful introductory period, generally around 90 days, the position offers a hybrid schedule of four days remote and one day in the office each week.

Compensation: $93,600 - $150,000 annually

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Hybrid, 1 day in office / 4 days remote following introductory period

Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours annually

The Real Estate Paralegal will play an active role in commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and summarizing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements, estoppel certificates, owner affidavits, and other real estate documents
• Performing and coordinating due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
• Preparing title and survey objection letters and working with title companies and surveyors to resolve outstanding issues
• Managing transaction timelines, key dates, and deadlines
• Ordering and reviewing UCC, lien, litigation, and related search reports
• Preparing entity formation documents and resolutions
• Coordinating commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings
• Preparing and managing closing checklists, signature packages, and final closing documents
• Communicating with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout transactions
• Maintaining organized electronic files and accurate time entries

Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience, including hands‑on experience with title and survey review. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines while producing accurate, high‑quality work. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are important for success in this role.

A paralegal studies degree, paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and applicable real estate experience is preferred.

Experience with programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, NetDocuments, and Kofax is also beneficial.
