Beacon Hill Staffing Group, via Beacon Hill Legal, partners with a national law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant for a full-time, permanent role. It offers a 40-hour work week, a hybrid schedule, and competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000.

Responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents; supporting commercial real estate and finance transactions from inception through closing; preparing closing sets; and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of legal assistant experience, preferably supporting transactional practices.
• Strong experience preparing, formatting, and revising legal documents.
• Familiarity with commercial finance loan terminology and loan structures.
• Experience preparing and distributing closing sets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
