Florida Title & Escrow Professionals is seeking a Certified Paralegal for its Miami Beach office in Sunset Harbour.

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of residential and commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting.

Qualified candidates must be proactive, flexible, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Experience and proficiency with matters pertaining to title insurance, including examination of title and survey, preparation of title commitments and policies, and working with title companies regarding any issuance of title commitments and policies or working to resolve title issues.
• Experience and proficiency with handling residential closings A to Z from opening the file to post closing.
• Experience and proficiency with drafting and preparing deeds, mortgages, financing statements and other real estate transactional and financing documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic recordings and official records searches
• Experience with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other entities
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate with clients and to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Landtech and Qualia software.
