The ideal candidate has a college degree or paralegal certificate with 3–5 years of law firm real estate experience, and strong communication with clients, lenders, and title companies.

Our Coral Gables office is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with experience with both the commercial and residential transactions. The Real Estate Paralegal will perform a variety of duties such as prepare/update closing checklists, prepare/review closing documents and escrow instructions, coordinate closings and timely submit documents in a wide variety of real estate transactions, both routine and complex.
