Job summary

DINKELSPIEL RASMUSSEN & in East Memphis seeks a real estate paralegal with prior real estate and law firm experience. The role involves handling closings from start to finish, ordering title work, and preparing title commitments and policies. Proficiency with SoftPro and Tabs is a plus.

The successful candidate will manage closing documents and coordinate with buyers, sellers, and closing attorneys/paralegals, sometimes attending closings in person.

Qualifications

• Prior real estate and law firm experience is required.
• SoftPro and Tabs experience a plus.

Responsibilities
