Job summary

Matthews Law LLC in Mt. Pleasant, SC, seeks an experienced real estate paralegal to support closing transactions from start to finish. You will issue title commitments, CPLs, and title policies, and manage pre- and post-closing work.

You will organize and maintain legal files and documents, and review and proofread all legal documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring client and lender satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have real estate paralegal experience.
• Experience issuing title commitments, title policies, HUD/CDs, and reviewing title documents.
• Communicate with clients and lenders regarding real estate closings.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as a real estate paralegal is required. Matthews Law, LLC is a small, boutique law firm in Mt. Pleasant that specializes in real estate closings and the paralegal will work closely with the attorneys on every file.
