Qualifications

• Prior real estate and law firm experience is required.
• SoftPro and Tabs experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate closings from beginning to end.
• Order title work and prepare title commitments and title policies.
• Prepare closing documents and communicate with buyers, sellers and other closing attorneys/paralegals.
• Attend closings as required.
