Job summary

The Keller Group is supporting our Scottsdale-based real estate client in their search for an Operations & Project Manager to support property operations, construction and development projects, and day-to-day company administration.

This role offers variety and ownership, with opportunities to improve processes, work with tenants and vendors, and contribute to long-term growth. Competitive compensation with bonuses, PTO and paid holidays, plus additional benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management or related fields.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication with tenants, vendors and leadership.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and development projects, including bids, contractors, schedules, invoices, change orders and punch lists.
• Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant communication.
• Manage leases, renewals, notices, property records, contracts, insurance and other administrative needs.
• Obtain and compare vendor proposals, assist with pricing and scope negotiations and ensure projects stay on track.
• Review invoices and track project and property expenses while assisting with accounting and payroll.
• Support HR administration and onboarding, company documentation and special projects.
• Work closely with leadership to address operational needs and improve processes.
