Prologis is offering a Summer Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students, spanning 10–12 weeks, to gain practical experience that complements academic study. Interns will collaborate on projects across Leasing, Real Estate and Customer Experience, plus Construction teams, and connect with company leaders through seminars and Q&A sessions.

During the program you will research market activity, support broker outreach, analyze customer retention, and explore AI-enabled contract

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Organize market activity, prospect information, competitive properties, and lease expirations to support Leasing research and renewal preparation.
• Support broker outreach, tour coordination, marketing updates, and prospect follow-up tracking, and identify opportunities to automate routine reminders.
• Analyze customer retention and turnover information and summarize patterns for the team.
• Build on the existing HVAC contract tracker and explore AI-supported tracking and reminders for missing contracts.
• Extend contract tracking to dock door maintenance agreements and identify ways to automate status updates, reminders, and reporting.
• Support RECX, Leasing, and Construction projects by identifying recurring work that could be streamlined to improve follow-through and free team capacity.
• Use approved AI tools to develop, test, and document practical solutions that automate repetitive work across Leasing, Property Management, and Construction, improving existing systems and processes.
