Job summary

Prologis invites students to join its Summer Internship Program in Chicago, offering 10–12 weeks of hands-on experience across Leasing, Real Estate and Operations. Interns will collaborate on significant projects, interact with company leaders, and gain workplace acumen through seminars and Q&A sessions.

Interns will contribute to day-to-day leasing activities, participate in market tours, and explore AI-driven tools to improve operations and efficiency while building professional networks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive team environment.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Cross‑Functional Portfolio Exposure: participate in meetings, site visits, and projects to support operation and customer experience across Leasing, Real Estate, RECX/Property Management, and Operations Construction Management.
• Support Leasing Activities and Financial Analysis: help prepare marketing materials, attend showings, and assist in lease proposals and basic financial models.
• Network with Industry Professionals: build relationships through events and collaborations with brokerage peers.
• Contribute to AI Adoption and Innovation: help identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve Operations workflows.
