Job summary

Prologis invites enthusiastic students to join its Summer Internship Program in Columbia for a 10–12 week, hands-on experience. Interns will collaborate with the RECX and Operations Construction Management teams to track capital projects, budgets, and vendor communications while gaining exposure to AI-enabled process improvements.

You will interact with company leaders, participate in seminars, and experience local market tours to understand Prologis' business and its impact on operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing studies aligned with the internship
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Clear verbal and written communication with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and a willingness to learn
• Prior exposure to AI/automation is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Construction Management with capital project and budget tracking.
• Coordinate vendor communications related to project work.
• Assist RECX with customer communications about utility data collection and facilities management tickets.
• Review quarterly inspection tickets and help with data cleanup and file organization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using technology or AI.
