Job description

We’re a growing real estate team looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and organized to join us as our Operations Manager. If you love helping people stay on track, creating simple systems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this might be your perfect fit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly, and making the day-to-day easier for everyone on the team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the team with transactions, listings, scheduling, and general day-to-day needs
  2. Helping create and improve systems that make our work more efficient and clear
  3. Occasionally, managing a VA or assistant to keep small tasks moving along
  4. Partnering with the lead agent to help bring ideas and projects to life
  5. Keeping an eye on goals and timelines so we stay on track
  6. Assisting with light marketing coordination, events, and other simple projects
  7. Ensuring a great experience for clients by helping everything feel organized and professional
Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of experience in an admin or support role (real estate is a plus, but not required)
  2. Comfortable using tech tools like CRMs, Google Drive, and project boards like Trello or Asana
  3. Organized and reliable—you enjoy checking things off your list and helping others do the same
  4. Friendly and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  5. Able to balance a few moving parts without feeling overwhelmed
  6. Quick learner with a can-do attitude—you’re not afraid to figure things out
  7. Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
