Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing property-related data to identify trends and insights.
Contribute to development of analytical models to evaluate property performance vs budget/history.
Prepare performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
Support financial modeling related to actual to budget valuations and KPIs.
Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and finance professionals on cross-functional projects.
