Job summary

Berger Commercial Realty Corp. is seeking a motivated student for a paid, part-time internship to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate.

The role covers operations, accounting and finance support, asset analysis, tenant and vendor coordination, brokerage, and marketing projects. You will work with property management, accounting, and leadership to build practical business skills and a deeper understanding of the CRE industry.

Qualifications

Undergraduate students in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Juniors and seniors are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in commercial real estate, property management, investment analysis, finance, marketing, or business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative and project tasks supporting commercial property management operations.
Gather, organize, and maintain property, tenant, vendor, financial, and marketing information.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and internal summaries.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and assist with tenant/vendor follow-up.
Attend team meetings, property-related discussions, or site visits to gain practical industry exposure.
Complete assigned projects timely, accurately, and professionally.
