Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior.
• Interest in real estate finance and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asset management reporting and DSCR forecasts.
• Support financial analysis and profitability assessments for real estate projects.
• Contribute to financial modeling, reporting, and decision support for the portfolio.
