Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is offering a Real Estate Management Internship for 10 weeks across our nationwide portfolio. Interns will rotate through Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations, and Corporate projects with mentorship from senior leaders.

Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour. The program emphasizes professional development, customer service excellence, and exposure to multifamily property management operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program (Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred).
• Sophomore year completed by start of Internship, preferred.
• 1-year work experience or extracurricular involvement preferred.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and management teams across property communities.
• Participate in leasing, tours, and site visits.
• Support with marketing, reports, and market surveys.
• Handle accounts receivable and clerical tasks.
• Maintain digital and paper records and community calendar.
