Qualifications

• Requires enrollment in a 4-year program in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management.
• Sophomore year completed by internship start.
• 1 year of work experience or extracurricular involvement preferred.
• Ability to read/write English fluently and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Practice sales techniques.
• Marketing in-house and offsite, including developing marketing analysis reports.
• Learn and use industry software programs.
• Participate in property tours and site visits.
• Process accounts receivable.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Complete market surveys.
• Learn leasing processes and review move-out procedures.
