The program pays $19–$23 per hour and aims to develop entrepreneurial spirit, customer service excellence, and multi-site operations knowledge to pursue a career in multifamily real estate

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Administrative and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of state fair housing laws.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Practice sales techniques and marketing analysis.
• Learn and use industry software; participate in tours and site visits.
• Process accounts receivable and maintain records.
• Assist with pre-inspections, rent readiness and evictions support.
• Provide superior customer service to residents.
