Trinity Property Consultants invites students to join a 10-week Real Estate Management Internship. You will rotate through Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations and Corporate tracks at assigned communities, mentored by a senior leader.

The program emphasizes customer service, sales, and professional development across the nation. Interns participate in property tours, market research, and use industry software while learning to manage resident relations and operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused internship in property management or related field.
• Enrollment in a 4-year accredited program in Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and management team to deliver a premier living experience.
• Support leasing, tours, and marketing activities.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Handle accounts receivable and clerical tasks.
• Assist with evictions processes when needed.
