Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants offers a 10-week Real Estate Management Internship, rotating through Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations, and Corporate roles at assigned communities nationwide.

Interns are mentored by a senior leader and will work with leadership on real-world projects. Compensation is $19 to $23 per hour, with opportunities to learn industry software and property management processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to address needs of residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Administrative and organizational skills are essential.
• Time management and prioritization are required.
• Customer service orientation is critical.
• Strong sales background is helpful.
• Knowledge of state fair housing laws is important.
• Ability to handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills are valued for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, management, and operations tasks across communities.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Support marketing efforts and develop marketing analysis reports.
• Learn and use property management software and reporting tools.
• Help with maintenance requests and site visits as needed.
• Support accounts receivable processing and clerical duties.
• Maintain digital and paper records and community calendars.
• Participate in pre-inspections and rent readiness processes.
• Assist with evictions and legal processes as required.
• Execute additional duties assigned by community leadership.
