Qualifications

• 1+ year in marketing or marketing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience managing high-volume campaigns in Mailchimp or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of property listings from launch to close.
• Maintain and optimize property presence across major listing platforms.
• Own Mailchimp ecosystem: designing, scheduling, and deploying e-blasts.
• Route inbound leads and support attribution tracking to measure ROI.
• Assist brokers with lead management, documents, and timelines.
• Lead production and quality control of Offering Memorandums, teasers, flyers, and pitch decks.
• Create marketing collateral, including videography and photography.
• Manage Astonish's digital presence (website and social media).
• Maintain consistent brand voice across digital and print touchpoints.
• Draft press releases and social content to elevate wins and thought leadership.
• Assist segmentation strategies by investor type, geography, and asset class for targeted outreach.
• Partner with brokers to standardize CRM fields and perform audits to maintain list health and compliance.
• Build repeatable workflows, checklists, and templates to increase team efficiency as we scale.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and social engagement.
• Run A/B tests on campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
