HILLS Properties in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support advertising, branding, and digital listings across our residential portfolio. This full-time, salaried role requires occasional travel to HILLS markets in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

You will help execute social media strategy, create engaging content with the Digital Media and Design Coordinator, monitor performance with analytics tools, and prepare monthly reports on marketing and reputation to drive occupancy and

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field
• Proven experience as a content creator and social media platform manager
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Yardi, Canva and/or similar platforms
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-production atmosphere
• Innovative and eager to continue learning
• Excellent writing, editorial and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Multifamily experience preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Supports advertising, branding, and digital listings to fill vacancies and attract residents
• Supports social media strategy across multiple channels
• Supports Resident Retention programs on site and through community partnership programs
• Responsible for listing management across all digital platforms
• Uses analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance
• Prepares monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and reputation
