Job summary

TI Communities in Irving, TX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across our nationwide portfolio. You will help keep projects moving, create compelling materials, support social media efforts, and track campaign performance.

You will coordinate marketing assets, produce graphics in Canva, review content for brand consistency, and assist site teams with best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating marketing content and graphics in Canva.
• Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing support requests and coordinate responses across the organization.
• Monitor social media channels and engagement, escalating issues as needed.
• Review property-level social content for brand consistency and compliance.
• Support site teams with social media best practices and brand standards.
• Create and update marketing materials, graphics, promotions, and print collateral with Canva.
• Coordinate asset development and distribution: flyers, signage, website content, photos, videos.
• Track marketing timelines and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Collect and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Support special projects as directed by the Marketing Director.
