Job summary

Las Colinas Association in Irving, TX seeks a Community Relations Coordinator to support member engagement, communications and event programming. You will work with the Marketing and Community Relations Director to welcome new members, manage programs, and foster nonprofit partnerships throughout the year.

You will coordinate updates to the member portal, support social media and email campaigns, and help plan HOA events and internal calendars while assisting with programs and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, events, or nonprofit setting preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• AP Style editing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Member Relations and Development Director with member engagement efforts.
• Assist with updates and communication of the Las Colinas Member Portal.
• Support the digital marketing strategy across social media, website and email.
• Coordinate the New Member Welcome Program and other annual programs.
• Coordinate HOA events, community partnerships and board roundtables.
• Administer marketing and community relations inventories and materials.
