Nurlinks Capital is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and expand our digital presence in Irvine, CA. You will assist with campaigns, social media, content coordination, and lead generation efforts in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The role suits an organized, creative team player early in their marketing career. You will work with internal teams and external partners, use templates and brand guidelines, and gain hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), YouTube, etc).
• Coordinate marketing content, including scheduling posts and preparing promotional materials.
• Create social media graphics and short-form videos using user-friendly tools.
• Collaborate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and designers as needed.
• Track basic marketing metrics such as engagement, traffic, and inquiries.
• Support email campaigns and client communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support to the team.
