Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Marketing Team Practice Development Specialist to support the Real Estate Department across offices including Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Phoenix. This role requires proactive, deadline-driven collaboration with attorneys and marketing colleagues to advance business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum of five years of marketing, business development, or professional services marketing
• Law firm experience preferred
• Experience supporting a real estate legal practice, commercial real estate business, or professional services organization strongly preferred
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, industry participants, and market dynamics preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Real Estate marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives
• Supports business development plans aligned with department growth objectives
• Monitors real estate industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for attorney engagement
• Develops and manages marketing resources and practice materials
• Coordinates proposals, pitches, and client-facing materials highlighting real estate experience
• Supports attorneys in identifying new business opportunities and client expansion
• Tracks transactions, client successes, and awards for marketing use
• Coordinates group meetings, prepares agendas, and tracks progress on initiatives
• Drafts and distributes marketing communications and speaking materials
• Assists with planning client events and collateral with cross-functional teams
• Supports strategic marketing projects as needed
