Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Practice Development Specialist to join the Real Estate marketing team in Houston (with offices nationwide). The role focuses on creating and delivering strategic marketing and business development initiatives to grow the Real Estate practice and deepen client relationships.

You will support proposals, client alerts, newsletters, events, and promotional content, coordinating across offices and leveraging AI tools responsibly to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of marketing or business development experience in professional services.
• Experience supporting a real estate practice, commercial real estate, or related field preferred.
• Law firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Real Estate marketing team to develop marketing initiatives.
• Support business development plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor real estate market trends, client opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate proposals, pitches, RFPs, capability statements, and presentations.
• Prepare marketing communications and client-facing materials.
• Plan and execute client events, conferences, and sponsorships.
