Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Research Associate for Data Centers, Alternatives & Practice Groups to support data collection, validation, and database management for market insights and client-facing pursuits.

You will prepare data tables, charts, and reports, update presentation materials, and help with ad hoc research requests, aiming for accuracy, timeliness, and efficient information delivery across brokers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in research, data management, or related field; internship applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data analytics, data science, economics, CRE, CS, eng, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, validation, QC).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (charts, tables, maps).
• Ability to work with large datasets with high accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-deliverable environment.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, validation, and database maintenance for data center properties, developments, and market inventory.
• Produce data tables, exhibits, charts, and supporting materials for research and client deliverables.
• Update recurring reports, templates, and market overview materials.
• Audit reports and client presentations to ensure data accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of information and materials.
