Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to lead site selection, store development, and expansion strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong market research abilities, contract negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate, particularly in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site selection and development of new stores, conduct market research, evaluate potential locations, and negotiate agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collect and analyze market data to assess the commercial viability of potential store locations, updating site selection criteria as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies for store expansion, monitor market trends, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Lead real estate development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining positive relationships with government entities, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage contract modifications, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with internal teams for successful store openings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, key clients, and real estate partners.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a preference for retail industry experience.
  • Strong data analysis, market research, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of major shopping centers and business districts in the U.S.
