Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four‑year accredited program, Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred.
• Sophomore year completed by the internship start is preferred.
• 1 year of work experience and/or extracurricular activity involvement preferred.
• Ability to read/write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions.
• Experience with on-site resident management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales techniques and property tours to attract residents.
• Support marketing analyses and in-house/offsite marketing efforts.
• Learn and use industry software programs for day‑to‑day tasks.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain records.
• Process accounts receivable and support clerical functions.
• Assist with pre-inspections and move‑out processes as needed.
• Support with leasing processes and site visits.
