Trinity Property Consultants offers a 10-week paid Real Estate Management Internship across our nationwide communities. Under the direct supervision of a mentor, interns rotate through Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations, and Corporate projects.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop sales and customer service skills, and collaborate with leadership on real-world initiatives within a values-driven, resident-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Practice sales techniques.
• Marketing in-house and offsite, including marketing analysis reports.
• Learn and use industry software programs.
• Participate in property tours and site visits.
• Learn maintenance management techniques and process maintenance requests.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Complete market surveys.
• Learn and demonstrate leasing process proficiency.
• Process accounts receivable.
• Clerical and phone support.
• Maintain digital and paper records.
• Maintain a community calendar of events.
• Complete pre-inspections to ensure rent readiness.
• Assist with legal evictions processes.
• Practice decision-making to resolve resident complaints.
• Review the financial move-out process.
• Additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
