Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Real Estate Servicing Analyst in Newport Beach, CA to support commercial real estate loan servicing within the Investments team. You will facilitate loan setup and MLSS adjustments and assist borrowers with servicing needs.

The role also supports the risk management function by ensuring adequate insurance coverages and processing premium payments, with a team of about 20 colleagues in Investments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a concentration in business preferred.
• 2-3 years working experience in commercial mortgage banking, loan servicing, or property insurance administration.

Responsibilities

• Load new loans and updates to MLSS per procedures and deadlines.
• Provide MLSS support for projects and audits.
• Assist with insurance coverage validation and premium payments.
• Administer insurance renewals and casualty claims.
• Perform escrow audits for insurance impound accounts.
