Responsibilities

• Educate and inform members of products and services offered.
• Check e-mail at least once a day and review intranet daily.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements.
• Monitor unusual activity and report to supervisor.
• Open, sort and process mail daily; handle real estate loan payments.
• Set up new loans in FICS and fund loans, including fees.
• Record security instruments and perfect security interest.
• Create and maintain escrow accounts and perform analyses.
• Pull paid out loan reports and process releases of liens.
• Prepare rate surveys and distribute loan maintenance reports.
• Manage insurance tracking and vendor invoices; answer servicing calls.
