Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, title, escrow, or closing is advantageous.
• You identify missing signatures, wrong entity names, and lapsed insurance before underwriting.
• You multitask across multiple files and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• You communicate clearly with borrowers, brokers, and title professionals by email and phone.
• A hustle mentality; borrowers move fast and so do we.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take files from application to funding and close deals.
• Collect and verify required documents (entity docs, contracts, scopes of work, insurance, payoff statements).
• Order title services and coordinate with title companies, closing attorneys, and insurance agents nationwide.
• Package clean files for underwriting and clear conditions quickly.
• Keep borrowers, brokers, and originators updated on status.
• Ensure loan files are complete and within lending policy.
• Manage a full pipeline and meet all closing dates.
