We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our sales team. As Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in the heart of our private lending business. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth loan application process, working directly with borrowers and internal teams to process loan requests efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle loan applications from processing to closing
• Gather and verify borrower financial information and documentation
• Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to assess loan eligibility
• Prepare loan packages for underwriting review
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters
• Ensure adherence to all company lending policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete loan files
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

What It Takes to Win:

• Experience in loan processing and/or lending a plus

Compensation

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on qualifications and experience), plus monthly loan closing bonus(es).
