Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in finance, business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of banking, loan origination, processing or loan review experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify all information and ensure documentation is complete.
• Prepare loan documentation and review for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with real estate lending regulations.
• Communicate loan status with officers, title companies and attorneys.
• Monitor multiple files to ensure timely closing.
• Adhere to HMDA, RESPA, Regulation Z and other laws.
• Implement new policies based on workflow and regulations.
