Job summary

Salman Capital Funding is a direct real estate lender offering DSCR and bridge financing for rehab, acquisition, land development, construction, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This is a full-time, on-site Loan Originator role in Jersey City, NJ.

You will source and close new loan opportunities, prospect investors, and build relationships to drive repeat business. You will structure loan terms, quote pricing, and manage borrowers from first call to funding, with a waterfall payout system

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination or real estate lending.
• Ability to source deals and manage a sales funnel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and closing new loan opportunities through outbound and inbound deal flow
• Prospecting investors, developers, brokers, and deal sources
• Structuring loan terms, pricing deals, and issuing quotes
• Managing borrowers from first call to funding
• Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
• Base Salary + Commission with a structured waterfall payout system that rewards volume and performance
• Uncapped Earnings - top performers can build a six-figure income, with total compensation exceeding $250,000 annually
