Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Summary

Are you enthusiastic about real estate, new construction, and providing top-notch customer service? Story Home Group is seeking a New Construction Real Estate Agent to assist buyers throughout the home-building journey, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to closing.

About The Role

In the role of New Construction Real Estate Agent, you will serve as the main liaison for homebuyers, developers, construction teams, and sales personnel. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional client experience, foster robust relationships with developers, and expand our builder division.

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional (we'd still love to hear from you if you are not yet licensed!)
  • 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
