• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Public accounting or CRE accounting experience preferred.
• MRI software familiarity preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review financial statements for real estate funds, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Interpret and summarize partnership and JV investment agreements.
• Assist with annual GAAP audits.
• Monitor portfolio accounts and related activity.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly close entries and reconciliations.
• Calculate JV fees and analyze variances.
• Prepare LP capital calls and distributions, investor reports, and capital statements.
• Communicate with partners, investors, asset managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
