Job summary
We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced real estate transactions attorney based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, real estate financing documents, and joint venture agreements within a remote-first, client-focused practice.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a background in sophisticated real estate matters.

5 to 10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills on sophisticated documents.
Preferred: Background at a highly regarded law firm.
Base salary $270,000 to $320,000, aligned with boutique real estate market levels.
Performance-based compensation with an excellent bonus plan.
Los Angeles based, in office 1 day/week within a remote-first structure.
Target of 1,750 billable hours annually.
