Archwest Capital is seeking an Associate Loan Officer (ALO) in California to source and qualify real estate investor leads, book meetings for Loan Officers, and maintain a full pipeline. This entry-level role emphasizes high call activity, rapid response, and ongoing onboarding to build foundational credit and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 years in sales or customer-facing roles, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a strong drive to learn private lending and real estate

• Experience with high-volume outreach preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Outbound sourcing: execute high-volume outreach to generate opportunities.
• Inbound qualification & routing: qualify inbound leads and route strongest opportunities.
• Booking meetings: set qualified meetings and keep calendars full.
• Pipeline hygiene: log outreach, update lead status, and track next steps.
• Speed-to-lead: respond quickly to new inbound demand and meet SLAs.
• Learn the craft: build credit/product knowledge and progress toward a Loan Officer role.
• Strong communication and phone presence to engage investors at first contact.
• High energy and activity tolerance for volume-based outreach.
• Coachability and curiosity about private lending and real estate investing.
• Talks to people well; persistent, personable, and data-driven.
• Operate in CRM-driven, multi-channel outreach with AI assistance.
• Organized with strong data hygiene and results focus.
• Hybrid office environment readiness.
