Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the acquisition process through detailed budgeting, market comparables and financial modeling.
• Preparing investment memorandums for internal and Investment Committee briefings.
• Assisting with new business development, including prospecting research and marketing materials.
• Supporting investor relations, database management and investor records.
• Performing financial analysis and quarterly reporting for private equity funds.
