The role focuses on supporting acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation, and investor communications; you will work closely with senior staff in a hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in business, finance or economics, 0–2 years experience, and strong modeling, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate or private equity.
• Interest in acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation and investor relations.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting and research capabilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and coachability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisitions process through budgeting, market comps and financial modeling.
• Prepare investment memorandums for internal and Investment Committee briefings.
• Assist with new business development and marketing materials such as pitch books.
• Support investor relations, database management and client reporting.
• Perform financial analysis and track asset performance for private equity funds.
