Job summary

RFP Homes LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking driven sales professionals to build their own business within a proven framework in one of America's hottest real estate markets. This 100% commission 1099 role offers uncapped earnings and a clear path to Acquisitions or Senior Advisor roles.

You'll engage qualified investor leads, connect them with exclusive off-market properties, and manage the client relationship from first call through closing. Texas license required within 45 days.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with closing
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset
• Lives in or relocating to the DFW area
