Nuveen, a TIAA company, is seeking an Analyst to support transactions and maintenance for our real estate assets. You will partner with senior investment staff to provide analytical support on opportunities and ongoing investments.

You will build financial models, perform ROI analyses, and help due diligence while communicating with investors and the investment team. A strong quantitative background and knowledge of real estate data tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Value GAAP accounting for private fund investment performance.
• Proven analytical and mathematical skills for calculating and disseminating performance information.
• Data aggregation and relational database analytics; proficient with Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Completes research in all areas of real estate and evaluates property valuations.
• Prepares financial analyses and portfolio-level modeling for appraisals and valuations.
• Conducts ROI analysis for acquisitions or expansions of properties.
• Communicates portfolio performance to investors and internal teams.
• Supports due diligence for private capital identified for the platform.
• Keeps a pipeline of investment ideas for the next 12 months.
