Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Value GAAP Accounting and private fund performance.

Responsibilities

• Completes research across real estate areas including background research, relationships, valuation and recommendation of properties.
• Prepares financial analysis/modeling at portfolio level to review appraisals and valuations.
• Conducts ROI analysis for potential acquisitions or expansions.
• Communicates with investors regarding real estate portfolio performance.
• Assists in investment and operational due diligence on private capital identified for inclusion on the firm’s platform.
• Keeps abreast of investment opportunities and communicates to the investment team.
• Coordinates with construction management and development teams on property concerns.
• Maintains a pipeline of investment ideas for market activity over 12 months.
